About Nikki

Nikki Anne Daniels, L.C.S.W. brings more than three decades of experience helping organizations, leaders, and communities strengthen the way they serve children, families, and communities. She has served as a Chief Program Officer and Executive Director, leading complex nonprofit organizations, developing programs, managing large teams and budgets, and building partnerships across public and private sectors.
A Certified Science of HOPE Champion through Tufts University, Nikki helps organizations move beyond learning about the Science of HOPE toward putting it into practice — in programs, leadership, organizational culture, and community initiatives.
She brings an unusual combination of executive leadership, clinical experience, program expertise, community systems knowledge, and Science of HOPE implementation to every consulting engagement.
